- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g flax seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 300 ml water
- Sea salt
- Combine all ingredients, except for the salt, in a bowl and let the seeds soak up the water for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 200ºC. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the sheet and ensure that there are no gaps and that the layer is even. Generously sprinkle sea salt over the mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cut into pieces into your desired size, flip the pieces and bake for another 15 minutes. Transfer the pieces to a wire rack to cool completely. Then enjoy.
